It is so important to:
- Run ads to attract the right person.
- Hire the right person.
- Train the right person.
Retaining employees will help build your dental practice and save you money.
The hardest step is to find the right person right? You need to know where to look, what to advertise, how to interview, and make sure they are in the right seats.
Sometimes tasks need to be swapped around in your dental practice. For example, if you aren’t getting the tasks done in a timely manner, we need to find someone who can.
Your employees must know the WHY we are doing things to understand the importance of their job. Too many employees are given tasks, raises or titles without any training or proof that they deserve it.
Your employees should:
- Want to learn.
- Want to serve and please you.
- Help your business grow.
- Maintain a positive culture.
All of this have systems in place and processes followed.
Ask yourself:
- What is going well?
- What is not going well?
- What steps will I need to do to improve my dental practice?
